We just added Paxum payment as one of the optional payment methods on Star Cash.
If you want Paxum payments send an email to support@starcash.com with a scan of your identity card, passport or drivers license confirming your Identity, include your Star Cash username, password and Paxum ID. If you've had an Epassporte in the past or a long term affiliate, just send the request without additional documents.
We apologize for the inconvenience but because of the big number of fraud we have been forced to do this step.
